Rope Around is very refreshing, with each level having an object at the bottom that resembles a water pipe from Super Mario, from which a long line is drawn to become the only "weapon" in the player's hand, a necessary tool to guide him through the level. Each level is also presented with a different background colour and a variety of light, bright coloured nodes.
In Rope Around, the player has to guide the long lines in the pipeline and follow the effect at the top of the level, connecting all the nodes in the level through the long lines and passing the level once the pattern at the top is achieved.
